The staff was so friendly and helpful, they got us signed up for the club and checked in smoother than most hotels have in our experience. They handled our requests very timely and the cleanliness was as a room and bathtub should be. Will definitely be staying here again.
With me being an OTR Truck Driver, this is one of best and most professional establishments I've stayed in. It's extremely clean and the location is fantastic. The environment is very safe. Only downside is not having grits on the breakfast menu...lol Seriously, I recommend anyone who's traveling through this area to stop and grab a relaxing night at this establishment. You won't be disappointed.
Rahul was extremely friendly and helpful. A pleasure to do business with. The hot tub in our room stopped working after 5 minutes. Maintenance came the next morning to look at it. We did not use it again as it was hard to get into with the door opening inward and the tight space. We had no other issues. Parking lot was well lit and safe. Would stay here again just not in a hot tub room.
Yesterday evening my husband and I stayed here to be closer to Chicago for a medical procedure. The room and lobby were clean. It was the first time I used the virtual kiosk to check in. It was very easy to use!!
